стягивает не плохо. но годится только для размеренного использования, ходьбы. какой-то бег или приседания будет сползать. взял вторую на работе присесть не получается. стягиваю оба колена. держаться хорошо. плюс цена приемлема, у нас в магазин зашёл, стоит от 1500 рублей за такое, жесть наценки.
